Cargo - RM AWB Prorate Ladder
As per the cargo CGO - RM AWB Prorate Ladder Brk specific positions are assigned for currency of prorate calculation, From Sector, To Sector, proviso details, prorate factor, amount etc. Any reason for not taking same approach for passenger prorate slip record. |

This was discussed individually by the working groups and the Pax WG decided that the pax prorate slip was too complex and had too much potential for variation to put into a record structure. Additionally, many carriers will have older mainframes (even when using IS-IDEC) that will not be able to properly store/display/create a structured prorate slip.
