Elements 11 and 12 on ISIDEC record 10

The IS-IDEC record 10 format indicates element 11 is Currency of Listing, e.g., any valid ISO code that a carrier LISTS in, and element 12 is Currency of billing, specific ISO code used for settlement.

This is opposite from what is received on the downgraded  or 'old' IDEC today. Today currencies are received as  840036. 840 being currency of billing (USD) and 036 being currency of listing.  Can you please clarify the order of these two elements on the IS-IDEC file?

Dear Paula,

The order in invoice Header record for PAX IS-IDEC is

1)    Currency of Listing/Evaluation – Position 53-55

2)    Currency of Billing – Position 56-58

Kind regards,

Ashley
