Prorate Percentage in AWB Nodes

Reference - SIS P3 - IATA IS XML Invoice Standard - V3.2.xls
1. AirWaybillDetails Node - ProratePercentage (Line# 455)
2. RejectionMemoDetails Node  >>  AirWaybillBreakdown >> ProratePercentage (Line# 599)
3.  BillingMemoDetails >> AirWaybillBreakdown >> ProratePercentage (Line# 754)
4. CreditMemoDetails >> AirWaybillBreakdown >> ProratePercentage (Line# 908)

The prorate percentage is defined to be of size 2 and type numeric, which indicates that the prorate percentage can have the values from 0-99
In case an AWB is completely flown by a carrier, the prorate percentage would be 100.
One of our files failed the sanity check when the prorate percentage was provided as 100
The AWB is from SFO to NRT and is completely flown by KZ. KZ had billed the AWB owner for the freight charges.
The billing was based on Factor Based Proration and hence the prorate percentage provided was 100.
It was mentioned that the file  failed the sanity check since the number provided in this field exceeded 2 digits.
Please advice how to fill the prorate percentage in such a case. Will SIS increase the field size to support three digits?
Thanks for response in advice.
Regards,
Tobin

Dear all,

Sorry for the delay. The Prorate percentage is provided in case no Provisio/SPA was applied. This is the % share applicable for this AWB in the SRP proration.

This is an optional field and even if it is not provided system will accept the billing.

Hope this clarifies.

Kind regards,

Ashley
