Dear All
I would like to know where I can in the profile select the option the format TIF - JPG for the Supporting Documents, as per informed in the ISPG ( Supporting Documents - Folder Based Approach)

Hi Flavia, You will find in your Member Profile under the Passenger/Miscellaneous tabs the Supporting Documents section, where you can specify the additional supporting documents formats you would like to receive. Please find attached a screenshot for illustration. Rgds, Ashley From: FLAVIA Cunha

I don't have that inform nothing about Folder Based Approach, mentioned in the ISPG

Supporting Documents - Folder Based Approach
In case of Passenger and Cargo Billings, the Supporting Documents will have to be
arranged in the following directory structure:
Billing Airline\ Clearance Month\ Clearance Period\ Billed Airline\ Invoice Type\ Invoice
Number\Batch Number\ Sequence No \ Breakdown Serial Number
