Charge Code IT Services
Referring to Charge Code "IT Services", charge category "Communication Charges", could you please clarify wich information you need for the following fields, also giving us some example:
| Member Code |
| Numeric Customer Code |
| Country Code - customer country code? |
| Product ID |
| Product Group |
| Product Name |

| Tks coop! | |

Dear Edoardo, We do not expect that you will need to use this particular Charge Category-Charge Code for outward billing. You would usually receive inward billings for this Charge Category/Code. In addition, as a Pilot, you should have already been receiving this type of invoice from SITA with such information populated. Please let us know if you have any further needs for this information.
