Correspondence for less than USD50
Hi
During Pilot test we have observed that IS Web permits correspondence to be raised for less than USD50 ( Gross). As per RAM rule A10 4.2.1.6, correspondence may be initiated only if the value in dispute is USD50 or more. The minimum value amount applies to the gross difference before applicable ISC and UATP discount.
I am directed by IATA to log this fault in IS Forum.
