Minimum internet browser requirements for IS-WEB
What is the minimum internet browser requirements for IS-WEB?
We accessed IS-WEB sandbox with Internat Explorer 6 and some buttons were not displayed. Wondering if this is because of browser version.

Great question Konda. I am also interested in this. Please can IATA respond with what alternative browers are compatible, eg; Firefox (again, what minimum version?)

Hi Konda, which buttons were you missing? I now have access to member profile and want to double check if we are experiencing same problem. Thanks, Russell (BD)

Hello,
I also could not see some buttons in Explorer 6 and those buttons are displayed in Google Chrome.

Hi Russell
Using IE6 (our current corporate standard) the buttons we noticed missing were on the Create Users screen (Home >> Profile and User Management >> Create Users)
The buttons were Save User Details and Back. You fill out all the details but can't save your changes.
At this point my staff stopped using IE6, and installed Firefox which seems to work ok for the User Management screens.
I have been using IE8, and not had any problems with the screens.
IATA should have advertised the minimum browser requirements.
