Correspondence Module

In Correspondence Module; amount of initiated letters gets auto pop up from the third rejection invoice linked to the correspondence

a.       What if airlines wishes to raise supplementary debit?

b.      What if airline wishes to reduce the claim at correspondence stage; the amount should be Editable. Is there any provision for it in SIS?

Dear Nilesh,

Please find the answers to your questions as follows:

a. Assuming you are talking about Passenger billings, you cannot issue a BM for more than the disputed difference derived from the Rejection Stage 3 of the invoice.

b. Yes - under Authority to Bill, the amount can be specified by the carrier giving the Authority to Bill.

Hope this clarifies.
Best regards
