IS-Web Printing Clarification
We understand the print functionality in IS-Web (which we'll use to produce paper invoices to non-migrated carriers for the first three months) will allow print out of individual reject memo's.
Will it also allow the user to select an invoice and bulk print all the reject memo's linked to the that invoice?
The difference between the two makes a large impact on manpower.
Thanks,

Hi.
This functionality won't be available via IS-WEB.
However, I would recommend that you (via the profile) request all detail listings and memo details as part of the output directory. You would then download these, go to the directory for the particular invoice (as per the directory structure in the ISPG) and print out all the detail listings at the same time.

Thanks James.
I see from page 260 of the ISPG that the output file at the RM/BM/CM level comes out in HTML format. I guess we'll have to re-format it into a regular format if we want to send it to a billed carrier for the 3 months?

It depends on what you mean by "a regular format". It'll be an HTML representation of, e.g., a BM, and laid out in a logical way. I would just print every HTML file in this folder.
You may want to reformat to add your logo, or to concatenate them all (so as not to waste blank space at bottom of pages), but I don't know why else you would.

Thanks James - and for absolute clarity, is the file structure of the output file (ISPG v2.1 [12.19] Page 263) one HTML file per individual RM, or all RM's, BM's and CM's contained within one HTML file? I guess it's the former but need to be sure.

Yes. There'll be one file per memo. And, as per the naming convention in the table you reference, the file will be named after the memo, with the memo number as part of the filename.

Final question James - is this zip file something "pushed" to the carriers via ftp or something the carriers click & download from an IS-web page? Thanks, Matt

Apologies James - I think you've covered this in your earlier reply - the carrier has to actively download from IS-Web.
