Hi
Currently we have extremely low volumes of cargo credit memos, both outgoing and incoming. This is going to make it tough for us to pass certification testing for credit memos - in fact our tentative intention is to migrate only primes, rejection memos and billing memos through the IS-IDEC file and to deal with credit memos through IS-WEB.
Section 2.3, 2.4, 4.2, etc of the ISPG state that through our Member Profile, we can define which transaction types should be delivered in which format. Please confirm the foll:-
1) We will be considered a fully migrated airline if we submit/receive primes/RMs/BMs via IS-IDEC and CMs via IS-WEB, this information being duly reflected in our Member profile. (Assuming of course that we pass certification testing for primes/RMs/BMs).
2) Our inward billing IS-IDEC files will not contain credit memos. Incoming credit memos, if any, can be viewed by us on IS-WEB.
3) In future, if our CM volumes pick up, we can conduct sandbox/certfication testing for CMs only, after which we can send/receive credit memos through the IS-IDEC file along with the other 3 transaction types.
