Correspondence gets expired
Once Correspondence gets expired, no further recourse is allowed in SIS; however if mutually Airline has granted time limit extension, in that case do we need to raise such letters outside SIS? Or is there any provision in IS to extend the time limit validity? |

Dear Nilesh,
Yes - if the correspondence has expired, your bilateral correspondence will need to be done outside of SIS. You may also settle the correpondence using bilateral Reason Codes for BMs inside SIS. However, please note that this procedure will not allow you to view the complete Audit Trail of the dispute.
Best regards
