Connectivity Testing

Dear SIS,
 
We will opt for IS-WEB instead of iiNET for uploading/downloading the input/output files in the IS Prodection Environment.
 
In this case, shall we just test the Sandbox and Certification Testing except Connectivity Testing?
For your reference, we stopped connectivity testing because we had found the Sign Up and Certification 4.1.
(There is no connectivity testing required if the member opts for IS-WEB for transferring the input and output files)
 
To sum up, we would like to know that it is correct to test the Sandbox and Certification Testing except the Connectivity Testing because we will opt for IS-WEB for transferring the input and out files.

As per the Sign-Up and Certification Guide, for Sandbox Testing, the only option supported is iiNET. So especially for Sandbox you will still require to go through connectivity testing.
