Submiting FORM C XML

Can a billing entity submit multiple FORM C XML files per month, as long as the file name is not a duplicate one?

Hi Micaela, Yes. There is no limit on the number of files that can be submitted for a Provisional Billing Month. However, there is a rule in the RAM that states for a particular billed entity, only one Form C should be raised for a particular Provisional Billing Month. So as long as you are generating Multiple files for different sampling carriers in a Provisional billing month, it is fine as per SIS and RAM. Kind regards
