IS-WEB processing capacity
James I have changed my queries to the proper topics, please could you revise questions 2 and 3?. Thanks!
1) Is there some limitation in the IS-WEB processing capacity?.
For this you answered: "No, there will be no artificial limit on IS-WEB capacity. And, as part of the service, IATA will ensure that hardware limitations are handled to ensure that the service always fulfills the SLAs put in place for reasonable speed."
2) How many transactions per airline can be handled for week/month?. Is there a problem if we process 500.000 coupons, in prime billling, in one month?
3) How many recurrent users, can be simultaneously connected?

Hi.
Thanks.
My answer is applicable to #s 1 - 3. There'll be no limit on capacity, which includes concurrent users and coupon transactions.
If we found, for example, that the system slowed down because you typically have 1,000 people doing IS-WEB transactions at the same time, then we would increase the hardware.
So, I'm not going to address the exact numbers, but just say that it'll be unlimited from your perspective.
Hope that helps,
James
