We currently cannot give an estimate on this effort as this could depend on various factors - namely, the volume of line items of the invoices, the familiarisation level of the user with IS-Web, etc.
However, we can say that, during testing, we have experienced a minimum of 2 minutes per Miscellaneous invoice with 2 Line Items.

Subject: Manual Input Timings
Can IATA provide airlines with sample timings to input the mandatory fields for the various categories? As you may appreciate although a user can input Miscellaneous Billing manually at an cost of 25%, one has to consider the resource time to do this. This would help us to budget this into the cost per transaction. Thanks
