Rejections

How in the interim a non-migrating carrier can handle the rejections if they have not completed the agreement formalities...

Dear Nilesh,
If rejections are sent in SIS, the billed carrier will need to respond to them in SIS (please refer to the SIS FAQ for further details on this).
The only way to be able to do this is to complete the agreement and migrate to SIS.
