Searching Invoice via Payables

On page 237 of the SIS User Guide Version 1.1, we are trying to determine how we will access our Payable invoices via IS-Web.  The table describes various fields that we can query by however there is no mention of how to search as a billed member.  The table shows a field called Billing Member which we understand to be the airline that has the receivable.  However, how can an airline capture all the payable invoices from all airlines for a given period?  There is no mention of how we will print the invoices from other carriers via IS-Web.  Please clarify in detail.
Thank You.

Dear Margaret,

You can search for Payables invoices in both the Passenger and Miscellaneous tabs (as displayed by screenshots on the SIS User Guide). Please also refer to the CBT-Passenger Module-Lesson 13.1 and Miscellaneous Module-Lesson 6.1 for details on how to search Payable invoices in Passenger and Miscellaneous, respectively.

In addition, you will also receive per period Offline Archive Files which contain all your Payable invoices.

Hope this clarifies.

Rgds,

Ashley

Please identify the page in the SIS User Guide where it provides details on how to search for Payable Invoices.  We completed the Miscellaneous Module and saw the Tab where you click on Misc. & then click on Payables.  However we do not remember the CBT showing the details of the Payables.  We plan to use IS-Web to obtain our Payable for Misc. and will print the invoices. Unfortunately we are not seeing the process for this.
Thank you
Margaret

Hi Margaret - sorry but why would Fedex need to Passenger Payables?

Hi Margaret,

Although this function is not graphically illustrated in the User Guide, pg.238-238 describes all the search criteria fields available to view your Miscellaneous Payables. Additionally, the CBT-Miscellaneous-Lesson 6.1 shows the screenshot of the Payables invoice search screen and all the search fields as well as how to populate it. If you still are not clear on this process, we would ask that you specify in more details what you are unclear on.

Best regards
