Tixno, Memono 10 or 11 digits?
The ticket and memo number fields show 11 digits (11N) in the IS-IDEC format. We assume that this is just for future use and the industry currently will continue with these being 10 digits only.

Correct. This is just for future use, should tickets become 11 digits.
Note that the field is ZF LJ, so the example is "0[10 digit ticket number]". |
