Stored Supporting Documents
Sorry if this is covered already - it's a long list to search through now!
We are aware of the standard formats for files and supporting documents, we are also aware that carriers can agree to accept files in other formats (ie docx or xlsx).
My question is, will documents in these agreed, non-standard formats be retained in the central repository? |

If this is agreed with your billed partner(s) then yes, these agreed, non-standard formats will be retained in the central repository.
