BCBP Workshops
The focus of the workshops is to provide attendees with practical tools and guidance in their implementation efforts to meet the IATA Board of Governor's mandate:
- Airlines to become BCBP capable by end 2008
- 100% BCBP by end 2010
Other topics include the use of the BCBP Matchmaker, use of BCBP for mobile check-in, BCBP acceptance in aiports and other services enabled by BCBP. Interactive open panel discussions encourage experience sharing and network opportunities.
Common Use Self-Service (CUSS) Workshops
The workshops provide attendees with practical tools and guide them in their CUSS implementation efforts.
Target audience
The StB BCBP & CUSS workshops aim to bring together all external StB programme stakeholders within the airline industry:
- Regionally based airlines who have not yet implemented BCBP - Representatives with responsibility for StB and responsible for BCBP and CUSS.
- Regionally based airlines who have implemented BCBP but want to extend BCBP capability and wish to develop a CUSS offering
- Regionally based airports - Those involved in supporting BCBP and CUSS.
