Applying for an IATA Diploma

How do I apply for an IATA Diploma?

You can apply for an IATA Diploma before or while obtaining it. To make your application official, indicate which IATA Diploma you are working toward on the registration form when registering for required courses.

Obtaining a Diploma

How will I receive my diploma?

To receive your Diploma, provide copies of the Certificate of Completion earned for all four (4) required courses. Your diploma will be sent to you by post as soon as this information has been received.

Can the course(s) I have taken at a Regional Training Partner or in my company be applied to an IATA Diploma?

Yes. Due to the high standards of IATA courses, you can combine any IATA Classroom courses (taken at an IATA Training Center, IATA Regional Training Center or in your company) to earn a Diploma.

I have finished all of the required courses for a Diploma, but have not received it. What can I do?

If you have followed all procedures to obtain your Diploma but have not received it, please contact us, indicating which courses you took and the title of the Diploma you wish to obtain. Your Diploma will be sent to you by post once this information is verified by the training team.

The requirements for the IATA Diploma I am obtaining have changed. Do I need to take more courses to meet the new requirements?

No, the Diploma requirements applicable at the time you applied for the Diploma will be upheld. Contact us should you have any questions or concerns about the requirements for a Diploma.

Are IATA Diplomas recognized or accredited?

IATA Diplomas do not provide any academic qualification. However, as a professional institute, all of IATA’s courses and Diplomas are recognized by its Members and throughout the industry.
