If you have applied online but have not yet received the study materials within three weeks, please send us an email to iatalearning@iata.org as it is quite possible there was a problem with your payment or mailing address. Please note that we require your confirmation number that you received upon submitting your online enrolment form.

How long is the validity period for my course enrolment?

The validity period for all Distance Learning courses except Dangerous Goods Regulations is six (6) consecutive examination sessions from your first eligible exam session.
