IATF Programs and Procedures

Collective Scholarships Program

Scholarships are awarded for courses taking place at any IATA Training Center. Members may apply unlimited times for this program.

Scholarship opportunities are advertised at short notice, and cover tuition fees only. The airline is expected to support the applicant with his/her air travel, accommodation, and meals.  

To be notified of when a course is available under this program, Training and Staff Development Managers are encouraged to send their contact details to the IATF Manager.

Regional Training Program

Based on the results of a training needs assessment, IATF arranges relevant training to be conducted at the premises of the airline.

Personnel from other carriers in the region may also attend if the hosting airline cannot use all offered seats (usually a maximum of 25).
