Course content

  • A detailed review of the unusual situations that have an impact on Air Traffic Control
  • Pilot and Air Traffic Control specific procedures
  • Combined analysis of the Pilot vs Controller situational awareness

Certificate awarded

An IATA Certificate of Completion is awarded to participants obtaining a grade of 70% or higher on all exercises and exams. A special distinction is awarded to participants obtaining a grade of 90% or higher.
