Aviation and the Environment with ATAG Global Sustainable Aviation Summit (Classroom, 4 days)

Be fully up-to-date on aviation environmental and sustainable issues and their management, with a special emphasis on sustainable alternative fuels, climate change, diversity and CORSIA. As a unique opportunity, participants to this course will also attend the ATAG 2018 Global Sustainable Aviation Summit and exchange views on its main conclusions.

The ATAG Summit witch is organized in cooperation with ACI, CANSO, IATA and ICCAIA will combine high-level discussions and breakout sessions on the implementation of CORSIA, sustainable development and airports / ANSPs / government and industry partnerships / reporting, cabin waste as well as other issues relating to the sustainable development of aviation.

Course format

  • This classroom course provides 4 days (32 hours) of instruction delivered by an official IATA Instructor.
  • Student performance will be based on an assessment


  • There are no prerequisites for this course
  • Recommended level is Management and Professional
  • The recommended level of language proficiency is ICAO Operational Level 4 for courses in English or equivalent for other languages.
