The tightened security on goods crossing international borders means that new, labor-intensive processes must be undertaken to ensure compliance. This course gives you an introduction to the requirements of key customs security programs and provides measures for lessening their impact on operations.
You will learn how to apply the requirements of the WCO SAFE framework, the EU Authorized Economic Operator model and the US Air Cargo Advanced Screening Program. You will also receive facilitation tools you can deploy in your operations to simplify and harmonize the growing number of customs procedures.
