Upon enrollment, you will receive access to over 40 modules, valid for 8 months; however, you are only required to successfully complete 10 modules. Each module is 2-4 hours long. You can select topics that better reflect your training and development criteria.

What you will learn

Upon completing this course you will have the skills to:

  • Apply the IATA Cargo Dangerous Goods Regulations correctly
  • Discern the legal aspects and the responsibility of shippers, agents, and airlines involved in transporting dangerous goods
  • Identify and classify individual dangerous goods items
  • Verify goods are properly packed, marked, and labeled
  • Fill in and check the "Shipper's Declaration for Dangerous Goods"

Certificate awarded

An IATA Certificate of Completion (DGR category 3) is awarded to participants obtaining a grade of 80% or higher on all exercises and exams. A special distinction is awarded to participants obtaining a grade of 90% or higher.

After completion of each HMM module you will get the appropriate certificate.

The Leadership & Management Diploma will be awarded upon successful completion of IATA DGR category 3 and 10 HMM modules.
