The focus of this orientation program is to ensure you are familiar with Enhanced IOSA, to understand the concept and the various requirements associated with the program. The modules have been developed to help you achieve this understanding.

At the conclusion of this course, you will have a working knowledge of Enhanced IOSA, which will be the name given to the developmental project for the next phase of IOSA.

The course contains a brief overview of the basic IOSA program, including a description of the associated benefits and the current status of the program. This will serve either as a refresher or, for those that might not be completely familiar with IOSA, as an introductory description.  This basic review will also provide a launching point for the introduction of Enhanced IOSA.

The remainder of this orientation course will be devoted to describing the elements of Enhanced IOSA and providing you with the things you will need to know in order to prepare for this new phase of IOSA.
