Who should attend

This course is designed for operations staff and management with some knowledge of audit processes:

  • Ground Service Provider Managers
  • Quality Managers or Directors of Quality Control
  • Procedure and Document Owners
  • Operations and Safety Managers

Certificate awarded

An IATA Certificate of Completion is awarded to participants obtaining a grade of 70% or higher on all exercises and exams. A special distinction is awarded to participants obtaining a grade of 90% or higher.
