What you will learn

Upon completing this course you will be able to:

  • Develop the structure of the Civil Aviation Legal and Regulatory Framework
  • Determine national policies that will affect the Civil Aviation Legal and Regulatory Framework.

Course content

  • Developing a State aviation legal and regulatory reform project management plan, defining its terms of reference and determining project requirements
  • Monitoring time, quality and cost performance during the legal and regulatory reform project execution
  • Managing change and gaining the support of key stakeholders, and communicating project progress
  • Managing a project team through a better understanding of the project manager's role
  • Different model civil aviation laws and regulations

Certificate awarded

An IATA Certificate of Completion is awarded to participants obtaining a grade of 70% or higher on all exercises and exams. A special distinction is awarded to participants obtaining a grade of 90% or higher.
