About

Master the technical nature of Live Animals Regulations (LAR) training and learn how to incorporate active learning into your training design and delivery.

After taking this practical, hands-on course you will be able to plan a comprehensive LAR training program, train using active learning, and demonstrate how the training can be applied back on the job. During the course you will practice a variety of core techniques to master adult learning, instructional design and facilitation techniques.

Duration: 5 days (40 hours)
Recommended level: Intermediate, advanced
Prerequisites: Successful completion of Live Animals Regulations course

Certificate awarded

An IATA Certificate of Completion is awarded to participants obtaining a grade of 70% or higher on all exercises and exams. A special distinction is awarded to participants obtaining a grade of 90% or higher.
