After taking this practical, hands-on course you will be able to plan a comprehensive LAR training program, train using active learning, and demonstrate how the training can be applied back on the job. During the course you will practice a variety of core techniques to master adult learning, instructional design and facilitation techniques.

Upon completing this course you will have the skills to:
Apply adult learning principles
Develop a LAR training program using instructional design techniques
Apply efficient facilitation techniques
Develop, implement and execute an effective instructional plan
An IATA Certificate of Completion is awarded to participants obtaining a grade of 70% or higher on all exercises and exams. A special distinction is awarded to participants obtaining a grade of 90% or higher.
