Aircraft maintenance represents a substantial but necessary cost for every airline. This course introduces tools for controlling and reducing maintenance costs without compromising on quality.

You will learn how to identify and eliminate unnecessary expenses, be it in your maintenance contracts, schedules or MRO strategy. You will also learn performance metrics to help you report cost savings and assess the quality of your maintenance work.

Upon completing this course you will:

  • Know the latest Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO) trends and how they affect your airline

Certificate awarded

An IATA Certificate of Completion is awarded to participants obtaining a grade of 70% or higher on all exercises and exams. A special distinction is awarded to participants obtaining a grade of 90% or higher.
