Who should attend

This course is recommended for:

  • Mid-level managers
  • Agency back-office personnel

Prerequisite: Recommended qualifications include a minimum of two years' work experience as high as supervisory level.

Certificate awarded

By successfully completing the examination, you will receive the IATA Managing the Travel Business Diploma and will be entitled to use the "DTTM" designation. 

An HMM certificate of completion is awarded for each module, provided you obtain a passing grade of 70% and have viewed 70% of the course content. You may track your progress within the HMM platform.
