Self Leadership is an innovative approach to tackle the challenges of a changing world by developing your potential for the benefit of the organization. The program places managers in a position to reflect actively about their current and future positions.

This course will provide you with the necessary tools to become aware of your competencies and values, and also to reposition yourself within the organization and the broader surrounding. Created to share the innovative approach to managers’ development, Self-leadership was developed by the University of Geneva Business School (HEC).

Duration: 6 half days (24 hours) + elearning and self-diagnostic (26 hours)
Recommended level: Professional & Management
Prerequisites: At least 3 years of professional experience
