What you will learn

  • Establish the impact of the ISPG on the passenger, cargo, miscellaneous and UATP interline billings
  • Understand the different components of the Integrated Settlement Participation Guide
  • Identify the functional changes to all interline billing areas
  • Accurately handle the supporting documents in SIS

  • Detailed changes to interline billing  – IS formats and validations
  • Introduction to financial and e-invoicing processes
  • Member Profile area
  • RM/BM/CM and Correspondence Processes
  • Migration Procedures

Certificate awarded

An IATA Certificate of Completion is awarded to participants obtaining a grade of 70% or higher on all exercises and exams. A special distinction is awarded to participants obtaining a grade of 90% or higher.
