Build upon the lessons and exercises provided in the SMS Implementation Methodology and SMS Implementation Plan I courses and review the progress of your implementation projects with a panel of professionals. Based on the successful SMS program implemented in 28 airlines worldwide, this course is delivered by experienced program developers.

Prerequisites: This course is part of a series. Completion of SMS Impelmentation Methodology and SMS Implementation Plan I is required.

  • Using the IATA action plan step-by-step (Phase III and IV)

Certificate awarded

An IATA Certificate of Completion is awarded to participants obtaining a grade of 70% or higher on all exercises and exams. A special distinction is awarded to participants obtaining a grade of 90% or higher.
