Construct a business plan to return IATA's virtual airline, Air Mercury, to profitability and long-term viability.
Within a team of airline professionals, strategize network and fleet development, new schedule creation, branding decisions, product definition, and marketing strategy. The Air Mercury simulation tool will then evaluate the success of your team’s plans and decisions.
To demonstrate you can bring stability and viability to the airline, your team will be asked to justify and defend its plan in front of a panel of industry experts representing Air Mercury's board of directors.
