Advance your knowledge of the most impactful areas of airline decision-making! In IATA’s Network, Fleet and Schedule Planning course, you will expand your skills in strategic analysis, tactical planning and effective decision-making. You will learn about fleet choice trade-offs, network design implications and scheduling process intricacies. You will have the opportunity to practice how to make effective fleet choices and network decisions that suit your airline business model.
