IATA ISAGO for Ground Service Providers aviation training course

This course will support organizations to maximize the benefits of the ISAGO Program and prepare for a successful audit. Apply the ISAGO standards and recommended practices as per the IATA Ground Operations Standards Manual (GOSM).

Course format

Prerequisites

  • Participants should have experience in ground operations and knowledge of IATA AHM and IGOM standards.
  • Recommended level is Intermediate and Advanced.
  • The recommended level of language proficiency is ICAO Operational Level 4 for courses in English or the equivalent level for other languages.

Certificate awarded

An IATA Certificate of Completion is awarded to participants obtaining a grade of 70% or higher on all exercises and exams. A special distinction is awarded to participants obtaining a grade of 90% or higher.
