Intercultural Leadership Engagement and Development (I-LEAD) is a comprehensive leadership development program that builds cultural intelligence while delivering tangible business results. This course will introduce you to I-LEAD’s methodology, models and tools. Focus areas include cultural awareness, team development, project and stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
