  • Determine when to apply Specific Commodity rates versus  Class Rates
  • Master the steps in Cargo rate construction and Add-on amounts
  • Calculate appropriate rates and charges for mixed consignment and Unit Load Devices (ULDs) shipments
  • Complete Air Waybills
