An IATA Certificate of Completion (cat.3) is awarded to participants obtaining a grade of 80% or higher on all exercises and exams. A special distinction is awarded to participants obtaining a grade of 90% or higher.

You will also receive a certificate for each successfully passed HMM module.

HMM Certificate of Completion

A certificate of completion is awarded at the end of each HMM module to students who achieve a grade of 70% and have viewed 70% of the module content. Certificates may be printed directly from your personal printer.

IATA Exam

The IATA exam is based only on the IATA course content. The IATA examination procedures remain unchanged.

HMM modules are available in English (v11), Spanish and Mandarin (v10)
