Upon completing this course you will have the skills to:

An IATA Certificate of Completion (cat.3) is awarded to participants obtaining a grade of 80% or higher on all exercises and exams. A special distinction is awarded to participants obtaining a grade of 90% or higher.

An IATA Harvard ManageMentor Diploma will be awarded upon succesfull completion of IATA DGR cat.3 and 10 HMM modules.
