Upon completing this course you will have the skills to:

• Know the ICAO Annexes that affect the provision of Air Traffic Services

• Civil Aviation Authorities

• Overview of general Air Traffic Services documents: ICAO Annexes and Documents; National AIP; Rules of the Air etc
• Standard operating procedures for Procedural, Radar, En Route and Approach control services.
• Human factors: analysis of some case studies of unusual and emergency situations.
• Practical tips including radar vectoring and sequencing
• Aircraft performance; Aeronautical Information Services; Meteorology

An IATA Certificate of Completion is awarded to participants obtaining a grade of 70% or higher on all exercises and exams. A special distinction is awarded to participants obtaining a grade of 90% or higher.
