  • International regulations on trade union and collective bargaining law
  • European Union regulations on trade union and collective bargaining law
  • National implementation of trade union and collective bargaining law

  • Systems for electing workers’ representatives in different countries around the world
  • Right to Information, Consultation Right, Collective Bargaining Right in the most representative countries around the world

Certificate awarded

An IATA Certificate of Completion is awarded to participants obtaining a grade of 70% or higher on all exercises and exams. A special distinction is awarded to participants obtaining a grade of 90% or higher.
