BSP Essentials for Travel Agents is a training course providing essential knowledge of the Billing and Settlement Plan (BSP), specifically for travel agents.

It is designed to raise the learner’s awareness of the BSP system and processes, and improve an Agent’s efficiency and level of knowledge.

The Final Examination contains 50 questions covering training content presented in all six modules. Students who successfully complete this examination with a grade of 80% or better are eligible to receive an IATA Certificate in “BSP Essentials for Travel Agents”.
