The Line Cook Course Workbook offers many practical skills that will help prepare for the course examination and a successful culinary career. You will choose among six examination sessions to write in and one exam attempt is permitted. Successful exam candidates will earn the IATA Line Cook Course Certificate. The course study is designed around carefully designed occupational standards by the tourism and hospitality sector, as followed by the emerit training program, to provide an interesting and valuable learning experience. The course benefits extend far beyond the classroom walls as the course workbook is a guide you will reference throughout your career. An average of 40 hours is required to complete this course study.
