- By the end of the course you will:
- Understand the concept of organisational management and control systems, processes and procedures and how they relate to other bodies, regulations, requirements and standards (ICAO, Regulatory Authorities, IOSA, ISO).
- Understand the purpose of auditing as part of a Quality and Safety Management System, and its added value to enhance the operational safety and improve operational performance of an airline.
- Have a sound understanding of the complete audit process and methodology, and acquire auditing techniques.
- Be able to perform audits and gain objective evidence of an Organisation’s degree of compliance with applicable requirements and standards and to present the results in a clear and concise report.
- Understand the corrective / preventive action process, the need for corrective / preventive action verification and the management feedback / follow up system.
