This course 5-day course will ensure that all controllers have full and current knowledge of essential topics in relation to daily operations and improve the air traffic services provision.

It is designed around a variety of relevant topics such as radar and non-radar procedures, ICAO reference documents, met info interpretation, human factors, ATC incident investigation and associated issues, amongst others.
