This program reviews management practices employed by
airlines, airports and regulators to help you navigate the aviation
industry’s complex business environment. You will have the chance to
study alongside peers from across the aviation value chain and work on
case studies that highlight the needs and challenges of the industry’s many
businesses and organizations.

- Aviation Law and Environment: In this 2.5 day course, participants develop the requisite skills to effectively design and implement aviation projects. Participants expand their knowledge of strategic planning and learn how to execute and manage projects that support corporate objectives.
- Airline Business Models and Competitive Strategies: This 2.5 day course provides an overview of international aviation law, including the Chicago Convention Regime, aviation security and European Union aviation legal framework. The course also reviews the main challenges and industry best practices relating to environmental issues.
- Managing Aviation Safety and Security: This course explores Safety and Security Management Systems standards and requirements, and their role in optimizing organizational system performance. Participants learn how to foster a company-wide safety and security culture and build competitive advantage through a systematic approach.
- Airport Business Management: Participants explore the critical drivers of airport business, including airport economics, revenue streams and organizational structure. Industry experts hare best practices and insights on the core components of successful airport performance.
